FAQ's

  • Can I collect my order?

    Yes, of course. If you wish to collect, please contact our office to place your order and a 10% discount will be applied. Please give some notice so that your order is ready upon collection.

  • Do you have other products which aren’t on the website?

    Yes, we have a vast growing range of products so please give us a call if you have any ideas or queries for what you are looking for. We can help advise you on the most suitable packaging for your products.

  • Can I buy in large bulk quantities?

    Of course. We supply both small volume producers and large scale manufacturers. Please give us a call with your query and we will be able to sort something out for you.

  • How long is delivery?

    We aim to deliver goods within 3 working days from date of order. Our couriers deliver between 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday. Special deliveries outside of these times can be arranged in which a surcharge applies. Please contact the office to arrange a special delivery.

  • Where do you deliver to?

    We currently deliver to UK addresses and Ireland. Charges may occur dependent on address. Please see the Delivery Policy section of the website.

  • What happens if Jars/Bottles break during delivery?

    Unfortunately with glass being a fragile product, we may occasionally encounter breakages during delivery. If you believe your order is damaged upon delivery please reject the goods with the courier at time of delivery. Upon the goods being returned to Compak for inspection, damaged goods will be replaced immediately free of charge. Shortages or rejections not apparent at the time of delivery should be digitally photographed and reported to the office within 3 working days upon receipt of goods. If the goods are not fit for the purpose as described we will refund the item in full.
